Create Your Own Sculpted Glass Flower Dish!

Come join us at GRT Hot Glass Studios for a hands-on experience in crafting your very own glass flower dish! Our expert instructors will guide you through the process of sculpting molten glass into a beautiful and functional piece of art. This in-person event is perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike. Don't miss this unique opportunity to unleash your creativity and take home a one-of-a-kind creation!

In this workshop our instructor will guide you through studio basics and safety instruction, then they will give you a demonstration on the piece you will be making. Next, you will have the opportunity to gather molten glass from a 2100-degree furnace. You will get to choose your colors and sculpt molten glass into a beautiful and unique creation of your own. Your creation will have to cool down slowly overnight and will be available to pick up a couple of days later. The studio can get hot, so please dress accordingly. T-shirts and blue jeans work well, along with CLOSED TOED SHOES. If you wear sandals or high heels we have the right to send you home with NO REFUND. No synthetic clothing. If you have a personal pair of safety glasses or prescription glasses, please bring them. Otherwise, we have some to lend out in the studio. You must be 10 years of age or older to participate.

When it starts to get warmer outside (92 degrees or higher) it will be 102 degrees or higher in the hot glass studio. For the safety of our instructors and students the class may be postponed for these reasons. All participants who experience their class being postponed or rescheduled will have the opportunity to reschedule their class with no rescheduling fee or have the option to obtain credit to take another class here at GRT Hot Glass Studio.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Here at GRT Hot Glass Studios we value you and your business and want to create an environment that is safe and conducive to learning, while having an enjoyable time. We acknowledge that life events out of your control will happen, so if one should arise, please notify us at your earliest opportunity.

The following are the policies regarding cancelling or rescheduling a reservation:

If You Have Booked Class Time Through Eventbrite or the Studio:

• • • 100% Refund with 7 or more days notice
    • 0% refunded with 6 or fewer days notice.

For Rescheduling or Cancellations:

• • • 4 or more days prior notice: No Fee
    • 2-3 days prior notice: $25.00 fee
    • Same day notice: $50.00 fee

GRT reserves the right to retain the fee for your lesson if you choose to cancel or reschedule your lesson, if you do not show, or if you do not provide notice before your lesson.

If there is another Eventbrite workshop that is added that you would like to transfer into, please contact us. Do NOT purchase an additional ticket, then request a refund. It is much easier for us to move your ticket to a different event. If you end up purchasing another ticket so you can switch workshop dates, we will require you to pay the refund processing fee.
