Create Your Own Finger Labyrinth at Stark Brewing Company
About this Event
A finger labyrinth is a handheld design featuring one continuous path that leads toward the center and back out again. Unlike a maze, there are no wrong turns or decisions to make. You simply follow the path at your own pace.
Finger labyrinths offer a simple way to pause, focus, reflect, or take a break from a busy day. Your finished piece can become part of a meditation, journaling, prayer, mindfulness, or personal reflection practice. It can also be used as a calming desk activity or given as a thoughtful handmade gift.
What You Will Create
During this hands-on workshop, you will choose from several finger labyrinth patterns and create your own design using glue and colorful yarn.
A wide variety of yarn colors will be available. Choose colors that feel peaceful and grounding, create something bright and cheerful, or combine your favorites to make a piece that feels personal to you.
You will receive step-by-step instruction and support throughout the creative process. No crafting, drawing, or meditation experience is required. This class is designed to be approachable for complete beginners, and everyone can work at their own pace.
The focus is not on creating a perfectly precise piece. It is about enjoying the creative process and leaving with something meaningful that you can continue using at home.
How to Use Your Finger Labyrinth
Once your labyrinth is complete, place your finger at the entrance and slowly follow the yarn path toward the center. You can pause there for as long as you would like before tracing the same path back out.
Use your finger labyrinth before beginning your workday, during a break at your desk, as part of a meditation or mindfulness practice, or before and after journaling. You can also use it during prayer, personal reflection, or whenever you want to slow down and organize your thoughts.
There is no single correct way to use it. You can focus on your breathing, think about a question, repeat a meaningful word, or simply enjoy following the path.
A Relaxed Creative Experience
This workshop offers an opportunity to step away from your usual routine and spend time making something with your hands.
Come on your own, bring a friend, plan a creative date night, or gather a small group for an evening out. The environment is relaxed and social, with plenty of time to choose your colors, assemble your labyrinth, and connect with others while you work.
You are welcome to participate in as much or as little reflection as feels comfortable. There is no required sharing, and you will not be asked to discuss anything personal with the group.

Hosted by Dash of Creativity, this mindful craft workshop is designed for adults and teens who want to explore creativity, reflection, and hands-on relaxation in a welcoming setting.
No previous crafting experience is needed. All materials are included.
Important Information
Advance registration is required because space and materials are limited. This workshop is recommended for adults and teens ages 12 and older. Participants under 18 must attend with a registered adult, and each participant must have their own ticket.
Participants will use glue during the workshop, so please dress accordingly. The appearance of each finished labyrinth will vary based on the selected pattern, yarn colors, and individual crafting style. Food and beverages are not included unless specifically stated in the ticket details.
This is a creative and reflective workshop. It is not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.
A minimum of five registered participants is required for the workshop to take place. If minimum enrollment is not reached, the event may be rescheduled or canceled. If Dash of Creativity cancels the workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted at least seven days before the event. Refunds are not available within seven days of the workshop because materials will have already been purchased and prepared. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant.
