Create Your Own Candle Workshop with Steel Magnolia Candle Co.

We are so excited to introduce The Steel Magnolia Candle Kitchen within our flagship store.

Come in for a unique and relaxing experience. You and your friends will join us in our workshop space for a true DIY experience! Customize your candle by choosing a vessel and fragrance that makes your heart do a happy dance. Steel Magnolia owner and chandler, (that’s fancy talk for candle maker) Jamie, will work with you through the process, bringing you your supplies and answer any questions you may have! Each candle pouring takes about 35-45 minutes. After pouring, we'll offer you 20% off merchandise from Steel Magnolia Candles and any full priced TRS merchandise from The Royal Standard.

Please Note:

Customers are welcome to grab a beverage or snack from the Crown Bistro (open Wed-Sat) beforehand and sit down to relax and enjoy the candle making experience.

Candles will be ready for pickup within 3 business days after pouring.

Classes start promptly at their scheduled time. Please be sure to arrive about 10 minutes before your class time. In order, to create an amazing experience for all scheduled guests, late attendees may be denied entrance into candle pouring classes. If you don't appear for your reservation or cancel with less than 24 hours of the reservation time your appointment is non-refundable, however another time and date can be arranged for a raincheck.

Age requirements: because our candle pouring workshops include handling hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 8 years and older to participate. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian present to sign their waiver. Additionally, children under 5 are not permitted in the workshop space. Safety first, y’all!

We are a family friendly environment perfect for your next team building event or family outing. Private parties can also be arranged.
