MEET OUR NEW COMMUNITY WORKSHOP FACILITATOR!DIANE FAWCETT
'Hello there! I am a freelance artist and illustrator with over 32 years of illustration experience, having produced artwork in the editorial, publishing and advertising sectors. I specialise in painting
portraiture and the human figure. My preferred style is inspired by the contemporary ~ vivid, liberated, modern & figurative. I strive to capture the human form & the multifarious effects of light, character & colour that embolden it.
For pleasure and as part of my own personal, creative release, I have a keen focus to use my artwork to celebrate culture and underrepresented communities (not always possible in
my professional life and the commissions I do), so, I promote
equality and diversity and foster an inclusive culture in my private, artistic expressions, where I can be more experimental."
She will be facilitating out Create your own armour workshop Phoenix Leicester at part of Cultural Quarter Earlies on 13/07/24 from 1-3pm
