Create the Life You Want - A Creative Visioning Workshop with Intention
Join us for a nourishing and inspiring one-day workshop designed tohelp you pause, reflect and reconnect with what you want from the next chapter of your life.
In the rush of everyday life, many of us lose sight of our own needs, creativity, direction or dreams. This workshop offers dedicated space to slow down, reflect deeply and begin shaping a more intentional vision for the future.
Through a mixture of guided coaching exercises, creative reflection, conversation and vision boarding, we will explore what matters most to you and how you want your life to feel moving forward.
This workshop is not about perfection, pressure or “reinventing yourself overnight”. It is about clarity, creativity, self-awareness and possibility.
During the workshop we will explore:
Values and what truly matters to you
The Wheel of Life
Guided Visualisation
Intention setting
Creative vision boarding
There will be a balance of gentle facilitation, individual reflection, creative making and supportive discussion in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
All materials will be provided:
A3 Board
An A5 reflective notebook/journal
Art and collage materials
Magazines, imagery and inspirational quotes
Scissors, glue and creative supplies
Participants are also very welcome to bring along: • Personal images or photographs • Quotes, poems or affirmations • Magazine cuttings or objects that feel meaningful or inspiring
No artistic experience is needed at all — this workshop is about expression, reflection and imagination rather than “being good at art”.
