Philo is back in the park! Join us for a monthly outdoors session for the whole family. Come and explore your creativity and connect with nature at Forster Park.

The park itself has basketball courts, a circular path great for riding/skating/scooting, playing equipement and a sensory garden. It's an opportunity to exhale and experience nature together.

bring & share

Our outdoor sessions will begin at 12pm with a bring and share lunch. Please bring food that is easy to share e.g. grapes/bread/finger foods - and please avoid bringing anything with nuts. We'll bring the plates!

As always, we welcome the artists to the space, big, little and discovering. There will be some art making at our base but of course it's never limited to one area. We welome ideas from the group for art projects or if you would like to be more involved in this area - please email us at [email protected]

dress for the weather

Philo's outdoor sessions will run unless there are extreme weather conditions, for which will give notice of postponed/cancelled sessions. Consider bringing wellies and waterproofs if it's a wet day and base layers, hats/gloves are great for the colder weather.

With the sun setting earlier in the coming months, we will officially end our sessions at 4pm.
