About this Event

Create Peace: The Art of Meditation

Saturday, September 27 - 10:00am to 12:30pm

A sincere and skilled meditation practice offers more than just moments of calm—it gives us the space to step back from distraction, re-energize our inner world, and view even life’s challenges with renewed clarity and strength.

In this hands-on workshop, Gen Khedrub and Engels Rodriguez will guide you through practical techniques to start—or refresh—your meditation practice. You’ll explore how to build a sustainable habit at home and deepen your ability to maintain focus, peace, and emotional balance in daily life.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • How to begin or reignite your personal meditation practice
  • Simple methods to sustain mindfulness throughout the day
  • How meditation can shift your perspective in difficult times
  • Ways to bring more energy, clarity, and peace into your life

This event is ideal for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Everyone is welcome.
