PLEASE NOTE: THE JULY 15 DATE IS SOLD OUT - WE STILL HAVE SLOTS OPEN FOR WED AUG 19
Create your own pendant inscribed with ogham, the early medieval alphabet of Ireland. Sue Romero will guide you through the process of making a pendant from polymer clay and etching a word of your choice in ogham. She will also give a brief history of ogham writing. You'll go home with a completed necklace that honors your interest in Ireland and its history. And if you haven't yet tried polymer clay crafting, you may find a new hobby.
This hands-on workshop supports the Irish Cultural Center’s mission to keep Irish history and heritage alive in the Mohawk Valley. No art experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
The fee includes all materials and tools you will need as well as light refreshments.
