• Have time for self-care
• Following your passion
A Vision Board, also called a Dream Board, is a visual representation of your goals and dreams through pictures, affirmations, and images. It is a process of manifesting your desires by creating a space of inspiration and motivation.
You will also get:
Self-exploration activities to get clarity on your desires
Insightful and meaningful conversations with other women
A community providing support as you start your journey of transformation
Step-by-step guide on how to build your vision board.
What’s included:
Pre-workshop worksheet
One-hour individual accountability call after the workshop
Light refreshments
Suggested supplies to bring:
Poster board, cork board, or other type of board
Magazines, art, images, inspirational words and sayings stickers
Jenna Brody-McLeod is a counselor and purpose coach who is passionate about guiding women to conquer their limiting beliefs to achieve their goals, passion, and life purpose.
Minimum of 2 registered participants required to hold this event; class maximum is 10. Refunds are not available, however, a credit will be issued towards another event.
