This is a special class at our neighboring small business, the Soap Opera! Kitchen manager Hannah will be giving great ideas for cheeseboards!
This is 60 minutes with a Fromagination staffer. As summer kicks in in Wisconsin, it’s time to get a great cheese plate together for your party or picnic. Take this class to learn how to arrange your board and pair your cheeses.
For this class, we will discuss what types of cheese and other items to include on your cheeseboard, and model “construction” of your plate with an eye toward outdoor, summer fare.
You will take your cheeseboard home!
