Through the use of different enamelling techniques, you will have the opportunity to create your own picture of a favourite landscape or seascape, using stencils or images provided or bring one of your own.
There will be an opportunity to use clear fluxes, transparent and opaque powdered enamels to build up your picture. You will also be able to add additional features to your work through the use of sgraffito (scratching into the enamel), seed beads and millefiori wafers. The tutor will guide you through each stage of the process during the workshop. Take home your own design at the end of the day.
A copper blank will be included in your fee. There will be extra copper blanks available to purchase on the day from the tutor. The workshop is suitable for beginners and those with experience of enamelling.
Please wear closed footwear and please bring something to tie up long hair.
