We can't tell you exactly what this gathering will become, because that's entirely up to you. What we can promise is two days of stepping away from the everyday rush to explore the complex systems that challenge us all.

crea[gap]lab is for practitioners, thinkers, and change-makers who want to co-create rather than consume. If you're navigating uncertainty in your work, standing in that uncomfortable space between the familiar and the unknown, this is your invitation to experiment together.

Bring your toughest organizational puzzles, your most intriguing transformation challenges, or simply your curiosity about how things could work differently. Come ready to propose a session for Saturday's Open Space. Bring a topic, question, or challenge you'd like to explore together.

• Friday - the Expedition, starting at 2 pm: An expedition to open our minds and connect, starting in our space and venturing beyond
• Saturday - the Laboratory, 9 am to 5 pm: Full day of emergent conversations using lightweight Open Space

Join fellow practitioners who are navigating similar challenges. We're keeping it intimate with just 25 people for deep exchange. We'll handle the space, the food, and the basic structure. You bring the questions, experiences, and willingness to explore the unknown together.

Regular tickets are €149 gross.
CREA Germany e.V. members can claim a €30 discount.

Your ticket covers all refreshments and snacks during the event, Friday dinner, and expedition activities. Not included: hotel accommodation, Saturday evening dinner, alcoholic beverages, Friday lunch, and public transport.
