Find out how Middle Grade author, Mark Snoad, created some of his characters for his debut novel, Maggie and the Mountain of Light, and have a go at creating your own. It doesn’t matter what stage of writing you are at, or whether you have story ideas or not. Sometimes, the characters will want to tell their own stories, and they will very often surprise you!
