Crazy About Caprese Flash Class at 4:00pm

Like the unwritten rule of “not wearing white after Labor Day”, “caprese salads only during summer”, is a thing of the past!

Caprese salads can be enjoyed year-round; that is, if you get the right ingredients and use them properly. In this flash class you’ll take a journey into the history, how-to and a tasting of the classic caprese salad, taste fresh mozzarella made right in front of you and you’ll be treated to a contemporary take on the classic caprese.

• Includes a mozzarella making demo and guided tasting; this class is not hands-on.
•Guests receive glass of prosecco and variety of caprese tastings.
