Join beloved local chef, Bobby Lane, to explore favorite fall recipes featuring the finest seasonal ingredients. This demonstration-based workshop features a curated four-course menu with wine pairings selected by Jamie Stratton, Wine Director at Jacob's Liquor Exchange. Participants will learn how to make apple and acorn squash soup, roasted rainbow carrot salad, duck confit, and maple panna cotta.
