This will be day 1 of our Back to Back Rides in Prep for Bike MS! We will be riding from Champion on 3rd street down A1A just passed Exxon to complete 70 miles! Some will turn around sooner and that’s ok and some might go a little farther and that’s ok too! These Rides are for Crank Sister Members but if you arnt a member yet, you can join and pay a $10 Guest Fee for this ride.

We will start out around 16mph to then push to 18-20mph and as training goes on this will increase.
Plan to meet at Champion Cycling in Jax Beach at 6:30am then we will go over the Route and Training plan so we can ROLL OUT at 7am! After we ride there will of course be brunch/lunch!
