Ok Crank Sisters we are doing a series of Bike MS Training Rides! This will be faster with focusing on each rider pulling and staying on others wheels to keep the group nice and tight!These Rides are for Crank Sister Members but if you arnt a member yet, you can join and pay a $10 Guest Fee for this ride.

We will start out around 16mph to then push to 18-20mph and as training goes on this will increase.
Plan to meet at Champion Cycling in Jax Beach at 6:30am then we will go over the Route and Training plan so we can ROLL OUT at 7am! After we ride there will of course be brunch/lunch!
July 27th - 60 miles
Aug 12th - 80 miles
Sept 7th - 50 miles
Sept 8th - 50 miles
Sept 15th - ESWR 100 miles
Oct 5th & 6th Bike MS 150 miles
