Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a non-invasive method of manual therapy. The therapist uses their hands with a very gentle touch to detect restrictions or blockages that may exist in a person’s body. Through this conscious touch, the inherent mechanisms of self-healing that exist within each person’s system are also activated. CranioSacral therapy gives us multiple benefits, helping to release physical and emotional dysfunctions. 

Can be beneficial in treating central nervous system injuries, craniofacial pain, migraines, fatigue and stress, motor incoordination, chronic neck and back pain, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, herniated disc, bruxism and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunctions, learning disorders, Post-traumatic and emotional stress, autism and conduct disorders, and insomnia.
It is recommended as a preventable treatment as it improves the immune system and provides greater energy, sleep quality, as well as physical, emotional, and mental balance.

• Primary Respiratory Movement (P.R.M.)— its importance, characteristics, and functions within the human system
• Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF)— structure and functioning
• What is the Breath of Life?
• Fascias and meninges system
• Listening station as a form of diagnosis
• Listening techniques at cranial bones: 
• • Frontal Bones, Parietal, Sphenoid, Occiput, Temporal, and Sacrum
• Sutherland Listening
• Diaphragm treatment technique: Pelvic, Thoracic, Cervical, and Hyoid Bone

During the courses, participants will receive a manual with theoretical information and detailed descriptions of each technique. After the completion of the training courses, participants will receive a certificate of completion. Facilitated in both Spanish and English.
