Happy Buds Presents our very first Crafty Monday.

This week: Waist Beads

Waist beads originated in Africa to show a sign of fertility in women.

Today it is used to help measure weight loss on a non-scale as well as a fashion statement, and a way to reclaiming feminine power.

Constructing your waist beads will be lead by Makeda from Beloved Beads. Instruction starts promptly at 6:30pm.

All materials and instructions are included in the price of your ticket. You will also get to take home a gift bag created especially by Makeda.
