CRAFTY HOUR : MAKE A MUG RUG

Dabble in the slow and satisfying art of punch needling and rug hooking to make your own mini-rug! Participants will learn the basics of the craft to create a “mug rug”, mini table rug, or holiday ornament. A wide variety of second-hand yarn, ribbon, and lace will be available for you to play with. This craft is perfect for handmade holiday gifts! All tools are provided for use during class, and punch needle kits will be available for purchase if you want to continue the craft at home.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
AJ is the artist and educator behind . She has spent the last four years devoted to the craft of creating hand-tufted and sculpted rugs while sharing that craft with others, both online and in person. Over the last three years, AJ taught over 700 students how to tuft for the first time, enabling them to leave workshops with their own magical tufted creations.
