Eighteen months ago, master blender Luciano Meirelles said something that changed the direction of a project we'd been quietly building: "You don't make a pairing. You find it."

So we stopped pairing. We started building.

The ICC × Luciano × Ironroot Republic project is the first documented collaboration of its kind — a premium cigar and a world-class bourbon developed simultaneously from the ground up, each one shaped by the other through round after round of iterative refinement. Luciano adjusted the tobacco blend based on what the whiskey revealed. Ironroot Republic — World's Best Bourbon, World Whiskies Awards 2020 — went back to the still based on what the cigar called for.

The result is the Ironroot Cellar Reserve, ICC Cigar Blend — and the ICC × Luciano cigar, built to be experienced alongside it.

🎵 Live Music A live performer sets the tone for the full five hours — laid back, elevated, and built for a room full of people who know how to slow down and enjoy something worth enjoying.

🥂 Specialty Cocktails The bar will be running a curated cocktail menu built around the Ironroot Cellar Reserve. Barrel-forward, intentional, and designed to complement the cigar in your hand.

📖 Guided Education Breakout Session A dedicated guided tasting session led by Luciano and the Ironroot Republic team walks through the development process — what they were looking for, what they found, and how both products were adjusted through each round. This is the backstory told by the people who lived it. Space in the breakout session is limited — arrive early to secure your spot.

🎬 Documentary Series Premiere The short documentary series capturing the full 18-month development process screens at the event. Working sessions. Real decisions. The moments where it worked and the ones where it didn't. First public showing.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A Family Night at ICC This is a full house event. The ICC family, the Luciano team, the Likarish family from Ironroot Republic, and the community that made this possible — all in the same room on the same night.
