Crafting Queer Ancestor Talismans

In this workshop participants will learn about different ways to work with Queer Ancestors, specifically the construction of physical items imbued with magical intention. Following a short guided journey, participants will work to create tokens, talismans, and amulets to commemorate our shared community ancestors. These mementos can be placed in the home, given as gifts, incorporated into a person queer spiritual practice, or carried at a Pride event.
Participants are encouraged to bring an item to place on a Queer Ancestor community altar for the duration of the workshop.
