Come bathe in the soft glow of candlelight and sound-scapes lovingly crafted to nourish your entire being. We will begin with guided meditation with Rachael Kinsey to drop into a journey through sound and space with Luke Leuterio using a variety of sacred instruments including but not limited to quartz Crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs that relaxes the mind, activates the body’s natural energetic healing system, and relieves stress and stagnant energy blocks. After your sound bath stay for conversation and tea from our selection of custom chakra tea blends from homebody field goods to help support a lovely night's sleep.
Meditation will take place lying down. Please bring a yoga mat or something comfy to lie down on and a blanket if desired.
