Join Tom, founder of Cuirated—a Bay Area-based leathercraft experience designed to bring people together through creativity and craftsmanship. In this hands-on 2–3 hour session, you’ll learn to make your own luxury leather keychain from start to finish, no experience necessary!
Using premium materials and guided step-by-step instruction, you’ll cut, prepare, and assemble your piece with full-grain Italian leather and solid brass hardware. Materials That Matter
You’ll be working with Buttero leather, a premium, vegetable-tanned hide produced by Conceria Walpier, a renowned Italian tannery and member of the Pelle Vegetale Consortium.
This full-grain leather is prized for its smooth finish, rich color, and long-lasting durability. Over time, it softens and develops a natural patina that reflects your daily use.
Your keychain will also feature solid brass hardware, available in multiple finishes to match your style.
