Craft Workshop: Artistic Embroidery / Learn to Crochet

All are welcome! No pre-requisites, only an interest in learning something new.
Join us for a night of analog creativity in this digital world! Laurel and Joanna will be offering two different types of fiber art crafts, $5 covers the cost of materials that you will learn with and then take home with you to continue crafting!
Choose from:
* Embroidery techniques with Joanna to decorate loved garments with “wooly doodles” and creative visible mending techniques to repair holes in fabric. Please bring your own “holey” garment if you wish to learn visible mending.
OR
* How to crochet with Laurel, we’ll be making a whimsical decorative garland that teaches all the foundational stitches you need to master crochet. You may even build on the techniques we’ll learn to make a mesmerizing wind catcher while improving pattern-reading skills.
