• Learn to build, mix, stir and shake 4 craft cocktails- all tropical themed. All cocktails are made with Accompani, our line of liqueurs, amaro, and vermouth.
• Gain a solid foundation of many bar tools and techniques involved in mixology. Learn when to shake and when to stir (thanks, James Bond!)
• Rum blending

• Hear a little cocktail history on each style of libation and where it originated
• Learn the proper glassware and techniques and supplies to garnish your lovely libation
