• Gain a solid foundation of many bar tools and techniques involved in mixology. Learn when to shake and when to stir (thanks, James Bond!)
• Hear a little cocktail history on each libation
• Learn the proper glassware and techniques to garnish your lovely libation
• Cocktail list teaser: there will be four craft cocktails, all different styles with history and a little guessing game, as well as intriguing stories from those cocktail eras. Two stirred, and two shaken.
