• Gain a solid foundation of many bar tools and techniques involved in mixology. Learn when to shake and when to stir (thanks, James Bond!)
• Hear a little cocktail history on each drink
• Learn the proper glassware and techniques to garnish
• Cocktail list teaser: there will be one sparkling cocktail, one egg white sour, one modern classic, and one original vintage classic featured for this class.
