With a special focus on innovative, brunch-inspired creations, this event promises to stir creativity and inspire mixology enthusiasts.

• Team 1: David and Alex representing the new cocktail lounge Plume from The Heights, known for their chic and innovative mixology.
• Team 2: Owner duo Adonis and Bronson from Midtown’s FAO, bringing a blend of classic and modern cocktail craftsmanship.
• Team 3: The river Oaks new bar manager at MAD Abby and her coworking teammate ready to showcase their home-field advantage (right in the backyard of the host venue Aero).

• Live DJ from start to finish

• Special Ingredient Showcase: Learn how our special ingredient, the first beverage product from John Pittman (Bartender2CEO), enhances the brunch cocktail experience.
• Spirit Highlight: Dive into the essence of Live Oak Vodka, a spirit that embodies the strength and tradition of South Texas. They will have some brand representtives onsite letting our attendess sample the product as well as the spirit will be included in our complimentary cocktail.
• Cocktail Competition: Witness as each team integrates Live Oak Vodka with a brunch-themed twist, featuring the unique waffle-flavored ginger syrup. This not only challenges each mixologist's creativity but also their skill in balancing bold flavors.
• Audience activity: We will be hosting a competition to see which duo out of our audience can learn, make and drink a lemon drop martini the fastest. This will be a team tournament (no real bartenders allowed lol).
