⭐ Rescheduled to January 29 ⭐Rug hooking has been passed down in Tennessee for generations, but is not as well known as many textile art skills. Join one of Tennessee’s most renowned rug hooking artists, Cass Gannaway and learn how to begin a new hobby with one of Tennessee’s oldest textile traditions. Cass will provide a history of rug hooking, overview of techniques and will lead the class to create a decorative piece designed especially for this workshop. You will spend time hooking with her guidance and also take home key tools you used in class to continue making heirloom artwork. Read more about the instructor.
