Join us at Blue Petal for a delicious collaboration with Brigitte Calloway as we explore the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to prepare homemade crackers and classic antipasti favourites, each elevated with fresh Blue Petal herbs.
On the menu:
Seed crackers
Baba ganoush
Hummus
Mayo vs. aioli
Devilled eggs
Bruschetta with herbs & garlic butter
Together, we’ll also look at how to create a beautiful antipasti platter — balancing colour, flavour, and texture for a feast that’s as stunning as it is tasty.
