On Saturday 11th of May, Langdon Coffee Merchants will be hosting one of CQI's coveted Level 1 Processing Courses. With only 10 spots available, you will spend the day with Luiz who will take you through the course step by step and on completion, you will receive certification on Level 1 Processing.
Instructor: Luiz Roberto Saldanha Rodrigues
Luiz is a Brazilian Agronomic Engineer graduated from ESALQ-USP and a Q Processing Expert from CQI/Texas A&M Cohort 1 that has been professionally working in the coffee industry since 2004 as a Director at California Coffee Estates.
Luiz has been a certified Q Grader since 2012, a CoE International Judge and has extensive experience in sensory evaluation, good agronomic practices, post-harvest processes and quality control of specialty coffees. Currently Luiz is a Board Member of the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA) and the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
