Join the Canadian Public Relations Society of Vancouver (CPRS) at our Annual General Meeting and keynote presentation by by Tania Richards, Director of Business Operations, and Liz Montroy, Media and Community Relations Manager for the Vancouver Goldeneyes of the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL)
The 2026 AGM will feature a captivating presentation with insights into the rise of the Goldeneyes and the growing spotlight on Women’s professional sports. The event will take place on Thursday June 11 at The Post at 750 Hamilton Street from 5:30 - 8:30 PM
This is the important time for CPRS Members to vote in your new executive, so we want to see you there! The AGM is open to non-members, but please note that non-members cannot vote in the AGM.

About Tania:
Tania Richards is the Director of Business Operations for the Vancouver Goldeneyes, the new expansion franchise in the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL). In this role, Tania oversees all business and operational functions of the club beyond on‑ice activity, including venue relationships and management, ticketing and fan acquisition, marketing and communications, media and public relations, local sponsorship development and activation, merchandise and retail strategy, game presentation, fan experience, and all revenue‑generating initiatives for the organization.
With a career spanning more than two decades, Tania has been working in the sports and entertainment industry since 2002, holding senior leadership roles with agencies, brands, and rights‑holding organizations. She brings deep expertise in commercial growth, large‑scale event operations, stakeholder management, and building compelling fan‑first experiences across sport and live entertainment.
About Liz:
Liz Montroy is the Media and Community Relations Manager for the Vancouver Goldeneyes in the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL), overseeing the team's PR, media operations and player appearances. Prior to working with the PWHL, Liz was a Communications Manager with Rugby Canada, a role that included serving as the Press Attaché for Canada's silver medal-winning women's rugby sevens team at the Paris 2024 Olympics and managing PR and media operations at three editions of HSBC SVNS Vancouver. She has worked with organizations such as the International Paralympic Committee, International Ice Hockey Federation, Rowing Canada Aviron, and Curl BC, and has covered sports on digital media and editorially at 25+ major international sports events, including four Paralympics and two Olympics.
