Application of Jami’ Fiqh for Islamic Finance Research📚Topic to covered in the training:
✅ Providing exposure to the use of Islamic e-libraries, in particular Jami’ Fiqh
✅ Providing efficient and accurate ways to search major Islamic books/ references.
✅ Explaining various techniques of search within Jami’ Fiqh i.e. textual, fiqhi, mustalahat, maudhu’ie, and muta’addid.
✅ Explaining the function of ‘analyzing’ (التحليل) and its importance in improving the user’s understanding when reading a fiqh book.
✅ Maximizing resources for wide options of Fiqh Muamalat consideration and comparative purposes.
