🕯️ Cozy Cat Yoga— Gentle Movement with Cats! 🐾Slow down and unwind with a cozy hour of gentle stretching, mindful movement, and the soothing company of cats. 🐈⬛✨
Join us at Cozy Kitty Café for an experience that’s equal parts relaxation and pure joy. Move at your own pace in a welcoming space while our feline friends wander, play, and (occasionally) join your mat.
Whether you’re a cat lover, a movement newbie, or just craving an hour of calm, this class is the purrfect way to reset your body and mind.
Led by Tina Wieland — fitness coach, certified yoga & mobility specialist, and certified cat enthusiast. 🐾
✨ What to Expect
- A 45 minute gentle movement and yoga stretch class focused on relaxation and mobility
- Soothing music and cozy energy
- Cats will roam freely — their “assistance” is part of the magic!
- Extra time post-class to cuddle cats, and support the café
- A chill, community feel — come as you are, move how you need
✅ What to Bring
- A yoga or exercise mat (cats may attempt to claim it as their throne)
Note: Additional yoga mats are available, but limited. First come, first served.
- Water bottle
- Comfy clothes for gentle movement
- Your love for cats (and patience for adorable interruptions)
🐈 Cat Etiquette
Please let the cats come to you — no chasing or picking them up.
A Cozy Kitty Café staff member will guide interactions to keep everyone safe and happy.
Kids Welcome!
Children are welcome to attend as long as they’re supervised by an adult at all times. The Cozy Cat Yoga is a calm, beginner-friendly mobility and stretching session — safe for all ages.
👉 Each participant (including children) will need their own ticket and a signed waiver before class.
As long as your little one can quietly stretch alongside you or hang out near your mat, they’re more than welcome to join in the cozy fun. 💕
❌ Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend if you can’t attend.
✨ Reserve your spot and treat yourself to an hour of movement, mindfulness, and meows.
