The evening begins with a guided Reiki meditation, gently inviting you to settle in, release the stresses of the day, and connect with your inner stillness. As Reiki energy flows throughout the room, you’ll feel embraced in a comforting atmosphere of calm and support.The experience deepens as the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and delicate chimes create waves of sound that wash over body and mind. Reiki will continue to be shared in the space, with each participant receiving a few minutes of individual Reiki to enhance their personal sense of release and balance. The combination of sound healing and Reiki weaves together a tapestry of harmony, serenity, and light—leaving you with a profound sense of peace and renewal.
