Cowgills Homebuilder Awards 2022

The North West Homebuilder Awards is the first of its kind in the UK and aims to specifically acknowledge the hard work being completed by SMEs to meet the region’s housing requirements. Led by Cowgills, with input from a number of contributors to the North West residential market, the awards will take place at the iconic Albert Hall in Manchester. The focus of the awards is on the work being completed by housebuilders and developers. However, will also recognise the businesses which contribute to tackling the perennial challenges from unlocking sites to planning, finance and development bureaucracy.

The evening will be a little different to the traditional black tie format, with a casual and unique approach. Guests can expect a fun evening of celebration with plenty of entertainment and music. The event will be hosted by the region's very own Jenny Powell and legendary DJ Graeme Park will perform alongside a party band. This event will be sure to keep everyone on the dancefloor!
