Cow Hollow Inn & Suites Presents a Suite & Supper Experience at Indigo

On January 21, we welcome guests to the Founding Dinner of our 2026 Guest Series—an intimate winter evening shaped by thoughtful cuisine, meaningful conversation, and the quiet elegance of relaxed hospitality. Designed as a moment to slow down and savor, the experience invites guests to gather around the table, connect, and enjoy the pleasure of dining without hurry.

Inspired by the masterclass-style culinary gatherings of Fritz Sonnenschmidt of the Culinary Institute of America, this inaugural dinner introduces a curated series of intimate dining experiences that will continue throughout 2026, each thoughtfully crafted to celebrate seasonality, storytelling, and the art of bringing people together.

The Founding Dinner Experience Includes:

A seasonal prix-fixe dinner at Indigo ($125 per person)

Overnight accommodation in a newly renovated suite

Late checkout the following morning.

Pricing & Booking Details:

Experiences begin at $380 per suite
(includes suite night and $50 dinner deposit for one guest, additional seats can be purchased at time of booking).

The remaining $75 dinner balance per guest is paid directly to Indigo.
