CoVa Cocktail is officially back with spirit partner Waterman Spirits and will take place at Rivers Casino Portsmouth on May 14, 2025 from 6-9 p.m. Competing mixologists from various local restaurants will have the chance to present their best libation using one of Waterman Spirits’ premium vodkas: the Organic Vodka, Organic Grapefruit or the Perfect Orange Crush.Guests can taste each cocktail and vote on their favorites while enjoying delicious bites from Rivers Casino’s restaurants and enjoying music from our DJ partner. But that’s not all! Each mixologist will also present their concoction to our elite judges’ panel, who will score the beverages using a detailed criteria score system. Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice Awards will be awards at the end of the event.
