About this Event
2025 opened with mass firings and deportation of thousands of people based on skin color and DEI. People are scared and don't know what to do to address the billionaire takeover of America. This workshop is designed to give you space to address your concerns.
More than six thousand participants have attended Circles of Voices community workshops to discuss the impact of racism and other isms. This is an opportunity to examine where we are and where we are going in this age of increased discrimination and marginalization of people of color in the United States. Join us for what will be an enlightening experience.
Circles of Voices will host Briana Pobiner and Tina Lasisi, in partnership with the 2025 American Association of Biological Anthropologists (AABA) Conference in Baltimore.
We will examine the concept of race, its meaning, and how ‘socialized race’ came to be.
Join us for what will be a very engaging Circles of Voices.
