Info: Players can check in, start warming up and pick up their goodies at the desk.

Info: Players will participate in fast paced cardio drills to get their feet moving, will have some tactical cardio quick moving drills to improve their feet on the court. Music will be provided as well!

Info: Players will participate in various point play and different games.
