Courses & Conversations is a multi-course, multi-chef dinner meant to bring people together and start conversations that raise awareness about eating disorders and their impact. - Each course is selected and presented by a different local chef in whatever style the chef wishes.
- Each course is paired with wine.
- Courses typically include a passed appetizer, plated appetizer, seafood entrée, meat entrée, and dessert.
- Between each course, there are testimonials, raffles, auctions, and a “Call to the Heart” meant to educate, inspire, and raise life-saving funds for The Alliance.
