This course looks at how to build up confidence in dealing with people we see as difficult so that we come to respect and appreciate them and they in turn appreciate us.Everyone welcome!
About the Teacher:
A working Dad of four, who is passionate about finding practical application of Buddhism in daily life.
Matevhu has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism since 2012. He started teaching meditation classes while living in Cape Town, also lived and taught meditation classes in Durban over the past two years. Now excited to be back in Johannesburg after having left in 2016.
