What to bring: Bike, helmet, sunglasses, water and a smile! Details: This is your opportunity to experience the course firsthand and ensure you feel confident for your upcoming triathlon! She Tris and friends will assist with leading the ride. Please park at the parking lot near the Airnasium and arrive ready to ride with your bike and helmet.
**Please ensure you’ve inflated your tires within the last 24 hours.
A short transition clinic will take place for anyone interested after the ride!
