Vets Recover is proud to offer Mental Health First Aid.
Through this course, we aim to elevate our community’s response to the mental health crisis in our area and educate community members on the value of building resiliency.
Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour in-person training provided by certified instructors. Instructors follow a curriculum and lead the group through a series of activities.
