Welcome to Reclaimed — a 6-week journey for women ready to come home to themselves.
Through movement, stillness, ceremony, and connection, we gather to reclaim the parts of us that have been silenced, shaped, or stretched too thin. This is a space to land softly, feel deeply, and rise powerfully — together.
Each week, we explore a new theme through:
• Embodied yoga practices that honour both strength and surrender
• Guided healing and self-inquiry
• Cacao ceremonies to open the heart and awaken truth
• Honest conversations and sisterhood in circle
This is more than a class — it’s a course with the rhythm of a ritual, the intimacy of a circle, and the freedom to be fully you. No prior experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to show up as you are.
〰️ Dates: Sundays, starting August 31st, for 6 consecutive weeks
〰️ Time & Location: 10:30–12:30 at The Shore

Investment:
Full 6-week journey: 1350 kr
Drop-in per session: 250 kr (buy this ticket through The Shore's ordinary class-schedule)
Spots are limited to keep the circle intimate and sacred and we encourage joining the full series to experience the full arc of the journey, but drop-ins are warmly welcome.
