Join us and learn the flowing and dynamic practice of Ashtanga Yoga as taught us in Mysore, India.

This two-week intensive (Mon/Wed/Thu) is an introduction to the way Ashtanga Yoga is traditionally practiced. Rather than a led class, you will be in a small group (maximum 6) and be guided through the Ashtanga sequence to support you to develop an Ashtanga practice that suits your level of strength, flexibility and stage of life.

This course is the perfect introduction to our 'Mysore Program' wherein practitioners memorise a sequence and in silence practice together as the teacher moves around the room to individually support each student. We have taught this intensive for 17 years and it is the PERFECT introduction to the spirit of Ashtanga Yoga.
