🕣 Rendez-vous : 8 h 30
🏃 Départ : vers 9 h 15
Nous resterons ensemble comme un seul groupe accueillant pour un parcours de 5 km, en marchant ou en courant, avec plusieurs arrêts en chemin afin que personne ne soit laissé derrière.
🎧 La trame sonore de notre aventure sera assurée par le merveilleux DJ Arthour. Que vous couriez, trottiniez, marchiez ou dansiez, tout le monde est le bienvenu! 🌈
✨ Nos partenaires seront également de la fête :
👟 Altra et Brooks seront présents avec des démos de chaussures à essayer pendant l’événement… et quelques surprises vous attendent! 🎁
⚡ XACT Nutrition sera aussi sur place avec ses produits à découvrir et plein de surprises pour les participants!

👉 Sunday, August 9 at @boutiquecourir – 4452 Saint-Denis Street
🕣 Meet-up: 8:30 AM
🏃 Run starts: Approximately 9:15 AM
We’ll stay together as one welcoming group for a 5 km walk/run, with plenty of stops along the route so that nobody gets left behind.
🎧 The soundtrack to our adventure will be provided by the amazing DJ Arthour. Whether you’re running, jogging, walking, or dancing, everyone is welcome! 🌈
✨ Our partners will also be joining the celebration:
👟 Altra and Brooks will be offering shoe demos throughout the event, along with a few surprises!
⚡ XACT Nutrition will be there with product samples and lots of surprises for participants.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you in a fun, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere! 💜
