Adaptive Massage & Lymphatic Drainage:Day 1: In this course you will learn how to effectively administer massage to patients/clients that may not be able to receive in the traditional position of prone, or supine. We will go over specific bolstering, working with a wheel chair, desk chair, the geriatric population, amputees, and other medically compromised individuals.
Day 2: We will go over the anatomy of the lymphatic system, and you will learn the basics of Lymphatic Drainage techniques on a HEALTHY lymphatic system. Stroke review, and hands on demos with scenarios will round out this course.
