A course designed to give you a thorough understanding of the history and theory behind Sports Massage. You will learn the difference between Pre, Post, and Maintenance massage, and what storkes are appropriate for each. You will learn the correct protocols to follow to provide cramp relief, and what to do in emergency situations. Hands on demonstrations and treatment scenarios will be executed. We will revisit Anatomy, ROM, stretching, and go over the logistics of working an event.14hr live, hands-on instruction
